Museum of London

Elbow was engaged by the Museum of London to produce all of its experiential immersive audio visuals for the new Capital City gallery. These include a five-screen ‘War’ exhibit; a powerful visitor experience that weaves together oral history, a dramatic sound scape, archive stills, archive footage and motion graphics. Elsewhere in the gallery, we produced a recreation of an 18th century ‘Pleasure Garden’. This is a specially shot dramatic reconstruction of the gardens, involving 20 actors, projected onto three large screens, carefully integrated with lighting effects and exhibition set design. Elbow also produced 3 silent, character led ‘Hero’ exhibits; human installations which inhabit the gallery space and give visitors a taste of the period.
